To tell the truth I tried the mod simply with MVL (0.98a) installed and everything worked fine but when adding the cars and some animations the mod becomes unstable. In the last version Maxorator had updated the libraries regarding Python37.dll which is the library that his mod uses and these must be updated otherwise the mod will never be stable on the latest versions of Windows. I was using version 0.98a which seemed the most stable, but I have confirmed that it doesn't matter which version is used because the Windows libraries will always be involved.
Sorry friends but in the end I decided to uninstall MVL because it is a mod that has many problems.
